Referring to the Government Notification under date the 10th, and to your letter of the 19th April last, we beg leave to submit to you that the boundary marks (granite rocks) numbered Water Lot's M. 3164, and 4865, are at present in the exact situation where they were placed by the Officers of Government, and also in the spot where the pickets were placed on the day of public sale, when we made the purchase of the Land, and that the foundation of our Home has been laid within these limits.
